Just an OK day today...

I've had one of 'those' days today, just not feeling up to much of anything...my hubby had to work late and by the time he got home and we had dinner, I really didn't feel like doing a big workout. We did end up taking it a little easier tonight - just took the dogs for about a 1/2 hour walk, rather than an hour-long treadmill session tonight, but I'll be back at it tomorrow! It is supposed to be a beautiful day here tomorrow so I may even get up early to take the dogs out before work!

I'd appreciate any tips on dragging my butt out of bed in the morning - I just love to stay in bed snoozing, but at the same time I really like getting my workout in first thing in the morning so it is out of the way!! When do you workout? This is something I'm still struggling with - and I amd working on getting it scheduled into my regular daily routine - just need to find the perfect fit!

Tomorrow is Wednesday....I'm going to convince hubby to help me move the treadmill from the back bedroom to the tv room so I will have no excuses not to be on it while watching tv. Need to get a new wheel for my elliptical too!

    I personally LOVE working out in the mornings. My tip - just get out of bed and do it. Don't stop to think about it, don't hit the snooze button - just get up, get dressed, brush your teeth, have a piece of toast or some yogurt to start your metabolism, then get moving. I even go to bed in my workout clothes so I literally roll out of bed and am out of the house on my way to the gym within 5 minutes! Good luck!
