July 18th Weigh In....

Well, this weeks weigh in did not go as I had anticipated it to - I was up a couple of pounds. Normally I would feel frustrated, and annoyed, and I am somewhat, but I am starting to feel as if this is just a small stumbling block. After all, I've only just started incorporating exercise into my daily routine, so I feel like it is going to take a couple of weeks for my body to regulate and get used to it. I am going to keep my chin up, stay strong and motivated. Here's to a great week!

  1. EXACTLY! Don't let that scale or a number deter you. You have made a change in your life. Take pride in the fact that your body is happier and healthier because of the changes you are making. You can sooooo do this! Ignore that scale!
